Steps to create a discussion

1. Use the Create button at the top right to start a new discussion thread
2. Select the Community you want to post to
   Tip: Member Connect is the open-forum community for ENGAGE and connects you to the broadest audience of members.
3. Type an short subject so people know what your thread is about.
4. Pick the topic areas that best fit your question or discussion
   Tip: Pick several, it's ok!
5. Start your conversation. If you want people to do something (share their experience, an example, etc... make sure you specifically say so.
6. Post it
