Working with Collaborative Library Entries The Libraries for our committee communities can be set up for Collaborative Editing. How does this work? Make sure that you ask CTBUH staff to turn it on for your community Person A can upload a file to the community's library (make sure you follow best-practices and fill out the descriptions, etc. ). Person B can download the file, make edits, save it, then upload the file to the same library folder with the same name . Use ENGAGE to optimize your committee Each committee and leadership group has a home on ENGAGE that is designed to allow easy collaboration among the group members. Who can access it? Each committee is an invite-only group that is managed by staff in Salesforce, our membership database. How to change your email notifications on ENGAGE Steps Log into ENGAGE using your my.ctbuh.org credentials Click on your avatar and go to your profile page Select My Account and then Community Notifications Scroll down to Notification Settings Select the frequency you want email notifications from for each of your communities. How to access ENGAGE ENGAGE is the member-only online community for CTBUH. Current members can access the ENGAGE community several ways: Use the URL ctbuh.org/engage , then log in with your my.ctbuh.org credentials or Log into my.ctbuh.org and select My Communities from the very top navigation Both of these will take you to your personal ENGAGE news feed.
